These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and sx6s ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the sx6s website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and sports betting services available at sx6s.one.

By creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager on the sx6s platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and not register an account.

These Terms are written in English and govern the relationship between sx6s and all players accessing the platform from Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the English original, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain an active account on sx6s, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. sx6s enforces a strict minimum age policy and verifies age through CNIC or passport documentation during the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and trusts are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming or sports betting is illegal under applicable local law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on sx6s or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of sx6s.

sx6s reserves the right to request eligibility documentation from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Each eligible person may register exactly one account on sx6s. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. All information provided must exactly match your government-issued identification.

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations, sx6s may request the following verification documents at any stage of your membership:

• Valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back
• Passport (for non-CNIC holders or international players)
• Proof of address — utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days
• Proof of payment method — JazzCash account screenshot, EasyPaisa account confirmation, or bank-issued card photo
• Source of funds documentation where transaction volumes exceed defined thresholds

KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. sx6s may also require re-verification at any time if account activity raises compliance concerns. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is finalised.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials strictly confidential. You must notify sx6s immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. sx6s cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

sx6s processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported on the platform:

• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) internet banking and direct transfer

Deposits are credited to your sx6s wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary by method and banking network conditions. sx6s does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering policy. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account at time of request.

sx6s reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering compliance requirement and is not intended to cause undue delay for legitimate players.

sx6s offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of sx6s and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already accepted and begun wagering on a specific offer.
• Each promotional offer is available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — refer to the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unplayed past the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• sx6s reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where abuse of the bonus system is detected, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any other method inconsistent with good faith participation.

VIP programme rewards — including Black Diamond tier cashback, reload bonuses, and personal account manager benefits — are governed by the VIP programme terms communicated directly to qualifying members. These benefits are subject to change and are not contractually guaranteed.

All bets and wagers placed on sx6s — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets, or any other product — are subject to the applicable game or sport-specific rules in addition to these general Terms. Game rules are accessible within each game interface or sports betting market.

With respect to sports betting, including PSL cricket markets and international fixtures:

• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In-play odds are subject to continuous change and bets are confirmed only upon receipt of the confirmation message.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, sx6s reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds. Players will be notified and stakes refunded.
• Match abandonment, postponement, and event cancellation rules are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the sports betting section.
• Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at time of bet placement and may vary by player tier.

Casino games on sx6s use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from licensed international providers. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is disclosed by the respective game provider and is available within the game information panel. sx6s does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sx6s and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on sx6s, including accounts registered in the names of family members or third parties for your benefit
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of contact with sx6s
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage or to automate gameplay or wagering
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, sports betting, or any other competitive product to manipulate outcomes or share information
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform component — any winnings resulting from exploited errors are void
• Using the sx6s platform for any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals through your bank or payment provider after deposits have been credited and wagered
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing sx6s staff members via any communication channel

All content on the sx6s platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, written content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of sx6s or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sx6s platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any sx6s content
• Use any sx6s trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the sx6s platform
• Frame or mirror any part of the sx6s website on any other domain

Violation of sx6s intellectual property rights will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action for damages.

sx6s collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account on sx6s, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by sx6s includes registration information, transaction records, device and connection data, gaming history, and communications with the support team. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement purposes.

sx6s applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions between your device and our servers. Account data is stored in secured environments and is not shared with third parties except as required for payment processing, KYC verification, and legal compliance obligations.

• Loss of funds resulting from your own betting or gaming decisions
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to secure your login credentials
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed during a technical malfunction

In all other circumstances, the total aggregate liability of sx6s to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sx6s reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Provision of false information during registration or verification
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age
• Account holder's own request for self-exclusion or permanent account closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the sx6s support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus balances) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms, sx6s reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance and to recover any bonuses or promotional winnings previously credited to the account.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your sx6s experience — including a disputed bet settlement, a payment issue, or a customer service interaction — please follow the procedure below:

• Step 1: Contact the sx6s support team via 24/7 live chat, describing the issue in full with relevant transaction IDs, dates, and screenshots where available.
• Step 2: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at first contact, request escalation to the sx6s Compliance Team via email at [email protected]. Mark your subject line clearly as "Formal Complaint".
• Step 3: The Compliance Team will acknowledge your formal complaint within 48 hours and provide a final written response within 14 business days.

All disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. sx6s maintains comprehensive logs of all gaming sessions, bet placements, and transaction records, which shall constitute the authoritative record in any dispute.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which sx6s holds its operating licence. Any unresolved dispute that cannot be settled through the internal complaints procedure may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as designated by the applicable licensing authority.

• Self-set deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly PKR caps on incoming deposits

• Cooling-off periods — temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Permanent self-exclusion — irrevocable account closure available on request at any time

Your continued use of the sx6s platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
